Advice for sample preparation

To facilitate imaging with the slide scanner VS200, here are a few tips to prepare your sample:

• Make sure there is ample space between items on your slide. Make more slides if needed. You will want sufficient space between items to separate them with the software. 
• Do not use prolong with DAPI, instead use a separate DAPI dye.
• In doubt, only make a few slides and image them with the VS200 to optimize sample preparation.
