Acquiring an image with channel triggering (rapid, sequential imaging)

1. Select the STORM lasers and select one of your desired channels in the OC panel.

2. Select all of your desired channels in the LUN-F Pad. Adjust their laser powers, if necessary. Their exposure time must be the same.

3. In the Triggered Acquisition Pad, check Enable Triggering. The channels and settings from the LUN-F Pad should populate the Lines list. If they do not, add them with the +Channel and +Line buttons.

4. Save your OC by right-clicking on the OC and save your settings.

5. In the ND Acquisition Pad, check the Time tab and uncheck the λ (wavelengths) tab. Adjust your time series settings, following the instructions above, and click Run Now.

6. You should be able to see the lasers rapidly change (or if the exposure time is very short, appear "together").
